Triple Cove Estates

Triple Cove Estates I located on the N.C. Highway 268 (south) side of Kerr Scott Lake, off Jim Caudill Road.  The neighborhood was started in April, 2005.   It consists of 33 total homesites, of which 25 are waterfront lots - either on a point, a cove, or the main channel. Elevations in Triple Cove range from 1,030' to 1,131'. Restrictive Covenants can be found at Book 832, Page 237 & Book 913, Page 66, and Book 973, Page 388 of the Wilkes County Register of Deeds.
