Numerous planned waterfront developments encircle the lake - some gated, some not.  Some have restrictions, some do not.  Homesite sizes range from about 1/2 acre up to several acres, and actual lake frontage varies with each lot.  Most homesites are wooded. There are also ownership opportunities for parcels that are NOT part of a subdivision.  Choose a homesite on the main channel, on a point, or on a quiet cove - your choice.
